This resource is a collection of case studies and related resources to support training HACC staff to learn about providing culturally inclusive services.  Each topic consists of one or more case studies with key questions;  case study resolutions, resources such as audio files, hand-outs, checklists, tip sheets and links to useful web-based documents.  Trainers providing accredited training,  in-house workshops or staff induction should find this resource helpful.  Cultural competence, cultural awareness, cross-cultural communication, working with interpreters, culturally inclusive assessment are just some of the topics.
